Our Style is a match if you want training that is fun and highly productive.
Regardless of content, the training will be delivered with an experience-based approach. Most learning occurs from facing "hands-on" challenges together. Team members are actively engaged throughout the entire training.
In pre-consultation we learn your specific desired outcomes. Training content and activities are designed to match the unique outcomes and make-up of your team. Team Building Events are typically one to three days in length and can be delivered to small or very large groups. Training settings range from luxurious indoor retreats to a high-adventure challenge ropes course.
During training and follow-up we identify, reinforce and implement the specific skills that consistently contribute to team excellence. Accountability measures are focused on throughout all training activities and as follow-up evaluation tools.
